How billing works
$8 per seat per month, a 14-day free trial, prorated to the day, HST handled by Stripe.
The model
Price$8 CAD per seat, per month. A seat = one staff account. Your bill = seats × $8 + HST.
Trial14-day free trial when you sign up — no card required. You only enter card details when you choose Start subscription.
Handled byStripe. Manage your card, invoices and cancellation from Plan & billing → Manage billing.
You only pay for the days used
Seats are prorated to the day. Add a teammate mid-month and you're charged only for the remaining days; remove one and you're credited the unused days. Add someone and remove them the next day and it costs about a day, not a month.
Changes settle on your next invoice — nothing is charged or refunded the instant you add or remove someone.
Removing a seat produces account credit applied to future invoices, not a cash refund.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the Stripe portal. Your studio keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then the console locks until you resubscribe. Your data isn't deleted.
NoteHST is added automatically at checkout and on every invoice (Stripe Tax), so your books stay clean.
